Create a FieldStack account and visit your affiliate dashboard at /dashboard/affiliate. Your unique referral link is generated on first visit — no approval required.
Cookie-tracked clicks
Anyone who clicks your link gets a 60-day last-click ref cookie. You earn credit for every signup that completes within 60 days of clicking your link, regardless of how many sessions they take.
Conversion email on signup
When someone signs up via your link we send you a conversion email confirming the attribution and your updated signup count. Your affiliate dashboard increments in real time — no manual refresh needed.
Admin review → mark paid
Finance reviews confirmed signups on a rolling cycle. When your payout clears, an admin marks it paid and the amount appears in your /dashboard/affiliate payout history. You control the payout email we send to.
Payout rate
Flat rate. No revenue share.
The rate is set program-wide and applies to every confirmed signup during the active period. There is no tiered structure, no minimum threshold, and no revenue share — every partner earns the same flat amount per signup regardless of volume. The rate may be updated; current payouts use the rate shown here.

Payout cycle
Payouts are not automatic. Finance reviews confirmed signups and an admin marks each batch paid when it clears. You can track every payout entry — amount, date, and status — in your affiliate dashboard.
Prohibited traffic
No paid search ads on FieldStack brand keywords (e.g. "FieldStack AI"). No spam, cold-email blasts, or incentivized click schemes. No self-referral (signing up via your own link). Violations result in payout forfeiture.
